What is this luminous object seen under the sea in Miami?

It has been postulated that it is an OSNI (Unidentified Submersible Object), which is a U̳F̳O̳ that has the ability to submerge itself in water, and continues to demonstrate extraordinary ability even if it changes scenery (from air to water).
Although this incident is far from resembling the video that has gone viral in recent hours on the networks that shows the moment when an “anchor-shaped” U̳F̳O̳ left a trail of smoke in the sky before crashing into the Indonesian sea (click to see).
It has even been tried to relate to statements made by Gary Heseltine, a researcher and U̳F̳O̳logist who recently stated his belief that U̳F̳O̳s come from the depths of the oceans and that complex underwater bases may exist.
Watch the video related to this case, before moving on to asking you some much-needed questions:
There is almost always an explanation
But if we stop to watch the video, it can be explained in a simple way:
Any submersible object with LED lighting or even a diver moving below the surface of the water at low speed and equipped with some luminous instrument, as indicated by researcher Nacho Vermelho of the Hidden Truth channel.
Images taken from the video.
As you can see, such a video can be created in a thousand ways.
We cannot rule out the possibility of U̳F̳O̳s, but of course we want to point out that what is seen in this video is not conclusive and could range from something inexplicable to a vile deception.
