“During the course of this work, I felt the need to learn as much as possible about the true reality of U̳F̳O̳s and what the government already knows about these visitors.”

“Because of the wealth of information that exists about star visitors and their encounters with human beings, I began to publish my conclusions, make presentations at national and international conferences, in specialized magazines and in interviews with the media.”

“This, in turn, has caught the attention of certain figures, current or former in highly classified sectors of government, in military institutions and intelligence agencies.”

“These individuals have decided to leak certain additional information to me, knowing that it would serve as a conduit to deliver that information to the public interested and prepared for such information.”

“Due to the existence of undeclared operations or secret government installations related to e̳x̳t̳r̳a̳t̳e̳r̳r̳e̳s̳t̳r̳i̳a̳l̳ affairs, starting in 1992 I did reconnaissance, observation and, in some cases, penetration work into many of the most important installations.”

“I thought gaining insights could be very useful in helping whistleblowers feel confident that they hadn\’t been hallucinating, because this technology exists and, in fact, the US government owns some of that technology.”

“While I have collected, or have collected, considerable information about American aerospace artifacts, I do not claim to know everything that is in the United States\’ arsenal, nor everything about the operations and capabilities of the aircraft I am about to identify.”
