Video of fast moving UFO slows down, stops, changes direction and keeps going

On August 20, 2022, the ISS live camera recorded an unknown object that was certainly not a meteor or space debris.

The object comes into view of the ISS camera while flying at high speed, then slows down to a complete stop. After a while, the object moves and changes direction twice before disappearing into space.

Since the object performs various maneuvers, it cannot be a satellite either.
It is clearly a secret human-made or alien craft that is under intelligent control.
Asking NASA or the ISS crew what this object could have been is a waste of time as they will never admit the origin of this craft.
