Al Worden: Humans are ancient aliens!
Seven Apollo command module pilots were left alone for a period of time in lunar orbit while the rest of the crew explored the moon, a first in the history of space projects.
When they were on the far side of the Moon, these astronauts were completely isolated from Earth. Al Worden, who piloted the Apollo 15 command module on its mission to the moon in July 1971, was one such astronaut.
