Pilots Report UFO Sightings for Porto Alegre Airport “Airplane landing with headlight off?” Any guidance this Pilot Received?

Again a series of sightings in the sky over Porto Alegre took place that night November 9, 2022, several pilots reporting this. Has anyone ever seen a plane landing with headlights off? Some guidance this pilot received to come off like that.
